PerkYA Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the PerkYA Ambassador Program! By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview: The PerkYA Ambassador Program allows individuals ("Ambassadors") to earn unlimited residual income and vacation rewards by referring qualified businesses to PerkYA through their unique PerkYA portal.
2. Referral Process: Ambassadors can refer qualified businesses to PerkYA via their designated PerkYA portal. A qualified business is defined as a local business within 20 miles of the Ambassador's residence, and the Ambassador must have a personal relationship with the business owner.
3. Approved Vendors: Qualified businesses must sign up for services with one of PerkYA's approved vendors to be eligible for referral rewards. Referral rewards will not be redeemable if the referred business does not utilize services from an approved vendor.
4. Referral Rewards: Ambassadors will earn referral commissions for each qualified business they refer, with payments commencing one month after the referred business signs up for services with an approved vendor.
5. Additional Referral Rewards: Ambassadors will have the opportunity to earn additional residual income by referring other individuals to join the PerkYA Ambassador Program. These individuals, when they refer qualified businesses through their private portal, will also contribute to the original Ambassador's residual income.
6. Disqualification: PerkYA reserves the right to disqualify any referral for any reason deemed appropriate by PerkYA. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Liability: PerkYA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the PerkYA Ambassador Program. Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold PerkYA harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the program.
8. Modification of Terms: PerkYA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
